Kick off our new 3-Part Wellness Cooking Series with this January class led by Dr. Jillian Gellings, DC of BackCountry Relief, and Chef Surya Milner of Empress of Ghee. This class focuses on creating delicious, satisfying meals that help keep blood sugar steady—supporting energy, metabolism, and long-term health.
Dr. Jill brings a holistic, functional-medicine approach to nutrition, exploring how food can support the body as a whole rather than treating isolated symptoms.
