Indian Cooking Class with the Empress of Ghee $50
We’re thrilled to welcome Surya, founder of Empress of Ghee, for a special evening of Indian cooking. Surya grew up learning the art of ghee-making from her mother and has turned that passion into a premium, small-batch ghee company right here in Bozeman. In this class, she’ll share her love for authentic Indian flavors, culture-conscious cooking, and of course, ghee—the golden ingredient at the heart of so many traditional dishes.
Watch and learn as our chef demonstrates authentic Japanese dishes, sharing techniques and traditions along the way. Enjoy tastings throughout the evening while discovering new flavors and skills to try at home.
