Join Montana-based Chef Ben Rixe for a Sicilian cooking experience inspired by his grandmother, “Mombo.” Ben shares her traditional red sauce recipe, teaching the art of making tomato paste from scratch and transforming it into a rich, comforting lasagna layered with family flavor.

Back by popular demand! Join Chef Diana, a chef at a beloved local Vietnamese restaurant, for an evening exploring the fresh, vibrant flavors of Vietnam. After a recent culinary trip to Vietnam, Diana returns with inspiration, stories, and authentic techniques to share.
You’ll begin with a comforting bowl of Chao Ga (Vietnamese chicken rice porridge), then roll up your sleeves for the hands-on portion as you prepare your own fresh spring rolls. For the main course, enjoy the bright, bold flavors of Bun Thit Nuong (rice vermicelli salad with chicken), and end the evening with a silky, homemade Vietnamese flan.
