March Specialty Class: Puff Pastry From Scratch, led by pastry chef Sarah White!
In this hands-on class, Sarah will guide you through the process of making delicate, flaky puff pastry from scratch.

About the Chef:
Born and raised in Bozeman, Chef Sarah White has been a fixture in the local pastry scene for over 22 years, specializing in specialty cakes, pastries, and private event catering. After studying music at Montana State University, she moved to Seattle to attend the Art Institute of Seattle, where she earned an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Culinary Arts.
In 2003, Sarah returned to Bozeman, where she played a key role in opening Plonk and several other beloved local restaurants, eventually launching her own bakery, La Crème Custom Pastries. Beyond the kitchen, she shares her passion for movement as a group fitness instructor at Pure Barre Bozeman and Bozeman Power Yoga.
When she's not baking or teaching, you’ll find Sarah hiking the Bridger Mountain Range, summiting Baldy, or at the dog park with her seven rescue chihuahuas.
