Whether hands-on or demonstration-based, our classes are led by passionate local cooks and chefs who love sharing their craft. Step into the tradition of holiday tamale-making in this hands-on specialty class. We’ll craft both sweet and savory tamales, share techniques, and celebrate the warmth of a timeless culinary ritual. Perfect for gifting… or eating immediately!
Experience the fresh, vibrant flavors of Vietnam in this fully gluten-free cooking class led by Chef Diana, who is currently immersed in culinary adventures across Vietnam.
You’ll begin with a comforting bowl of Chao Ga (Vietnamese chicken rice porridge), then roll up your sleeves for the hands-on portion as you prepare your own fresh spring rolls. For the main course, enjoy the bright, bold flavors of Bun Thit Nuong (rice vermicelli salad with chicken), and end the evening with a silky, homemade Vietnamese flan.
